What is the Waiting List and how does it work?

A Waiting List can be set up for any Event that is RSVP enabled that has a Event Maximum Total Attending number set for that event.  .  If an RSVP with a total attending that exceeds the Event Maximum Total Attending number, then the user will receive a warning that the Event is full, unless a Waiting List has been enabled for that event.  If a Waiting List is enabled, then when an RSVP with a total attending that exceeds the Event Maximum Total Attending number, the user will receive a warning that the RSVP will be added to a Waiting List.  The user can then either accept, or decline to be put on the Waiting List for that event. 

Once an event has exceeded the Event Maximum Total Attending, on an Event with a Waiting List, then even if existing RSVP attendees change and reduce their Total Attending number, the Waiting List will remain and all future RSVP’s will be added to the Waiting List regardless of these changes.
