How to suspend or remove a Member at a Group?
Club Staff must have Administration permissions in order to suspend or remove a Member at a Club.ˇ
If you suspend a group member, that group member will appear on the Suspended List, where they could be Reinstated in the future, if necessary. Suspended group members cannot access the Club Group on Clubster.
If you remove a group member, that group member will no longer be on the Group Member list or the Suspended List. Removed group members cannot access the club on Clubster, and cannot be reinstated, but must be reinvited if you wish to add them back to the Group Member list.
To Suspend or Remove a member at a group. Go to Group Page > Group Administration > Manage Group Members. Check the box next to the name or names of the Members you wish to Suspend, then click "Suspend Selected Members".
To Remove a Suspended, click on Status, and check Show Suspended. This will filter the Member list and show ALL Suspended members, the Check the box next to the name or names of the Members you wish to Remove, then click "Remove Selected Members".
Please note you must Suspend a member first, before you can Remove them.
