How to turn on and off comments on a Group Post?

Group Staff must have Administration permissions inˇorderˇto create or edit a post.ˇ To allow comments on a post, when creating or editing a post, click the Comments Post Option.ˇ From here, check the box, allow users to comment on this post. then enter the date and time.
