To accept a friend request, from the HOME page, click on the MY FRIENDS tab to take you to the My Friends page.  There you will see a list of all of you current friends as well as any outstanding Friend Requests.  You can click Accept to accept the Friend Request, and become Friends.

You can also Accept a Friend Request from the Profile page of the Member who sent the Friend Request.
