How to Limit Attendees to Club Event RSVP's?

Club Staff must have Administration permissions in order to enable the RSVP options for an event. On Create Club Events, the Limit Attendees feature, will allow clubs to limit the total attending for an event.  The Club Staff will set a maximum attendee number, and once the maximum attendee number has been reached, no more RSVP's can be created for the event, unless a Wait List has been enabled for the event. If the Wait List has been enabled, users will have the option to be added to the Wait list, once the maximum attendee number has been reached.  The Limited Attendees feature must be enabled for an event, in order for the Wait List to be enabled.
