How to Limit Attendees per party for Group Event RSVP's?

Group Staff must have Administration permissions in order to enable the RSVP options for an event. On Create Group Events, the Limit Attendees per party feature, will allow groups to limit the total attending per party for an event.  The Group Staff will set a maximum attendee number per party, and once the maximum attendee number per party has been reached, no more Attendees can be added to the RSVP.
