Can I create an Event without sending a email or push notification?

Yes...When you create an event, after you click Save you can select "Save to Calendar Only".  This will post the Event on the Event List and on the Event Calendar, but will not send a push or email notification.

You can always post and send out notifications on that Event at a later time.  Go to the Event and click "Post and Send Email Notification".  This action will post or re-post the Event on the Club's Home page, and also send out a push and email notification for that Event.
