Highlight newly joined members by adding a ribbon that says "new" across their profile picture
This would be for new members who joined the club. This way other members are aware they joined and can send them a welcoming message or introduce themselves if they recognize them at the club. The administrator could have the option of checking "new" for the recently joined. This could be set to disappear after 90 days. (Small ribbon like they do on match.com)

Create a personal calendar that both staff and members can write in their agenda on.
If there was a tab that would say "My Calendar" or something that would appropriately fit a personal agenda calendar or book, that would be extremely beneficial for some of our staff like our Golf Instructor who has numerous lessons a day. For example, if he were to have a "monthly calendar" to look at with all of his lesson times written in, this would help him organize his lessons in a more efficient way so that he does not run into any complications like forgetting a lesson at a certain time. Also, if maybe an "alert/notification" could show up…

Filter messages by group
As far as I can tell, there is no way to see all the group messages for a particular group. I see them only on the Home page, where they are mixed in with all other messages. Makes it difficult to find older messages sent to a particular group. It would be nice if groups worked more like groups in Facebook, for example.

Give the "invite to join" option in groups
As opposed to creating groups and automatically adding members, it seems more user friendly to invite a member to join a group rather than forcing them to join. This way some of our less tech savvy members don't need to search for how to leave a group.

Allow for hyperlinks in event invites.
We have been posting event invites with links to sign up on our website. Unfortunately, we have no option to hyperlink text, so we have a really long web address in our invites... Not too appealing.

A quick visual way to show what type of member someone is
Many courses have golf and social members and when scrolling through the app there is no way to tell who is who at a glance.. If the profile photo had a tag or a border or a label that the admin could set it would help clarify things..

Provide Notifications on Comments
When someone comments on a post to all members, the original poster should somehow be notified so they can check the comment and reply in a timely manner. As it is now, you are not notified and comments sometimes sit unchecked.

Create a - teamsnap light - type of function
I am a member @ FCC in Fairlawn Ohio -
We have pool, tennis and golf meets with other clubs - tennis practice, pool swimming lessons and of course golf lessons, jr pga challenges with other clubs, etc -
you need to add a event, who is invited and who is attending, address where the event is happening and what time - and of course the ability to send update messages - (one of your prime features)
You already have a private group feature - just add a date an time function and are you going to attend ?

Have a checkbox to allow a private group go public
Have a checkbox to allow a private group go pubic rather than having to delete the private group and start over again. For example, we have created a private group as a test case and we now want it to go public, having a checkbox with that option within the private group options would make this quicker to accomplish.

Create a reciprocate icon-(tap here to reciprocate at...)
It would be nice for members or the membership director to tap the reciprocate icon and fill in the date(s) they or their member plan to visit another Clubster Club. This would be sent to the reciprocating club's administrator email. ONce the admin taps confirm, it shoots a message back to whoever filled it out and gives the admin an option to print from desktop or wirelessly. Every time a member uses this, it accumulates points. Once they reach x amount of reciprocal points, Clubster awards that member with something.

home page/upcoming events listing
Perhaps replace the column "Club Event" with the time of the event.
I think the fact that these are "Club Events" is a given but you don't get to see the time until you actually click on the individual event.3 votes -
Would really like links to be clickable in the app
If you look at my last post, I want people to be able to click the link and listen to the call on their phone but the text is not hyperlinked like it is on the wondows client.

Add Color to the Bubbles
I think it would look better and be easier to read if the bubbles worked like text messaging on the iPhone. When the user sends a message it appears in a bubble with a light green backgroud....messages coming into the user...have a white background.

Post Event to Home Page without sending email
I like that we have the option to create an event without sending an email, but when we do that, the event doesn't show up on the home page. It would be nice to be able to post the event to the home page without sending an email. I still send emails about events since not everyone is on clubster, and I don't want them to get annoyed by dupicates, but I want the event to still be in front of them when they sign in to clubster.
