Saving Posts before sending
I would love it if you can save the "Create a post to all members" message somewhere before sending it out. That way I can have saved posts somewhere that need to be sent that I can go back to and send later instead of having to save what I want to post of Word then pasting it again and sending it out!

Club Links
Would like to be able to rearrange Club Links with a click and drag. It the moment I have to delete the ones I want to group and add them at the same time for the similar ones to be grouped. Like the Financial Statements, Menus, etc.

RSVP on events
I'd like to make a request for custom required fields when rsvping to events.
Also, a brief app/website tutorial for members upon signup. Not all members that would like to use the app and website are savoy enough to learn it on their own. There are few people that will visit the get started link, sad.

home page/upcoming events listing
Perhaps replace the column "Club Event" with the time of the event.
I think the fact that these are "Club Events" is a given but you don't get to see the time until you actually click on the individual event.3 votes -

Great idea! It'll be great for the kids camp & for adult parties. It's obvious we no longer needed 3 croquet courts!

Like and iphone message or facebook message you can see when people have seen a post and how many people have seen it.

reoccuring Events
It would be nice to have a reoccurring event option within events.

Open Lakeside Snack Shack next to Pro Shop.
It's too far to go to the 9th hole for a Hot Dog etc and the Grill is a wee bit closer, but that takes too long. Often I'm about to tee off or coming off the 18th hold on a shotgun tournament and could really use something quick to eat, drink.

Have a place to put the Club logo next to the country club name.
On the blue title banner at the top of the page, where the country club name and "Welcome..." there should be a way to upload the logo image so it doesn't look so generic. Thank you!!

Post Event to Home Page without sending email
I like that we have the option to create an event without sending an email, but when we do that, the event doesn't show up on the home page. It would be nice to be able to post the event to the home page without sending an email. I still send emails about events since not everyone is on clubster, and I don't want them to get annoyed by dupicates, but I want the event to still be in front of them when they sign in to clubster.

Static Pages from menue
I am having to evaluate whether we will stick with clubster. I would like to but we are missing a very important feature. I would like to be able to build html pages and save them for purposes of training and documentation. i.e. have a menu item that displays free form editable html pages in the system.
This would give us the ability to customize some information that we need to have available.

Allow group descriptions
That way people will know what a group is all about. At the moment, the only way to do that is to keep posting the group description so it constantly returns to the top every so many posts.

Would really like links to be clickable in the app
If you look at my last post, I want people to be able to click the link and listen to the call on their phone but the text is not hyperlinked like it is on the wondows client.

allow for "tagging"
I would like to be able to "tag" friends in photos I post. Just like in Facebook.

Highlight newly joined members by adding a ribbon that says "new" across their profile picture
This would be for new members who joined the club. This way other members are aware they joined and can send them a welcoming message or introduce themselves if they recognize them at the club. The administrator could have the option of checking "new" for the recently joined. This could be set to disappear after 90 days. (Small ribbon like they do on match.com)

Create a reciprocate icon-(tap here to reciprocate at...)
It would be nice for members or the membership director to tap the reciprocate icon and fill in the date(s) they or their member plan to visit another Clubster Club. This would be sent to the reciprocating club's administrator email. ONce the admin taps confirm, it shoots a message back to whoever filled it out and gives the admin an option to print from desktop or wirelessly. Every time a member uses this, it accumulates points. Once they reach x amount of reciprocal points, Clubster awards that member with something.
