Club Staff must have Administration permissions in order to enable the RSVP options for an event. On Create Club Events, the Limit Attendees per party feature, will allow clubs to limit the total attending per party for an event.  The Club Staff will set a maximum attendee number per party, and once the maximum attendee number per party has been reached, no more Attendees can be added to the RSVP.
