How to Allow RSVP Notes on Group Event RSVP's?

Group Staff must have Administration permissions inˇorderˇto enable the RSVP options for an event.ˇ ˇOn Create Group Events, the Allow RSVP Notes feature, will allow users the option to add Notes to an RSVP for an event.ˇ These RSVP Notes will be attached to the RSVP.
