If you suspend a member, that member will appear on the Suspended List, where they could be Reinstated in the future, if necessary. Suspended members cannot access the club on Clubster, and will become automatically suspended at all Club Groups they are following.

If you remove a member, that member will no longer be on the Member list or the Suspended List Removed members cannot access the club on Clubster, and cannot be reinstated, but must be re-invited if you wish to add them back to the Member list.

To Suspend or Remove a member at a club. Go to Club Page > Club Administration > Manage Members. Check the box next to the name or names of the Members you wish to Suspend, then click "Suspend Selected Members".

To Remove a Suspended, click on Status, and check Show Suspended. This will filter the Member list and show ALL Suspended members, the Check the box next to the name or names of the Members you wish to Remove, then click "Remove Selected Members".
