What is the Group Admin Permission, Create Events?

The Staff Permission "Create Events" allows the Staff member to Create and Manage Group Events that they create.ˇ Staff members must have the permission to "Edit Posts Created by All Staff Members", to be able to Manage Group Events created by other Staff members.
